Warlé is a multi-platform project uses genealogical research, archival documents, photography, artifacts, oral history, movement, and creative nonfiction to “re-member” ancestors, repair broken branches in our family trees, graft new ones, and think expansively about kinship and LGBTQ+ caregiving.
The Warlé project is, like this website, a work in progress.
Your tax-deductible contribution helps to generate events and conversations about queer ancestry, how we care for communities on the margins, and how we can bring them to the center.
